突然にMicrosoft Teamsに意味不明な通知が届いたので、色々調べてみると全世界的で主にAndroid端末で発生している模様。
スクリーンショットのメッセージは28日の午前0時半頃に届いたもので、その前日の夕方にはFCM MessagesというタイトルでTest Notifications!!!というメッセージが4通ほど届いていました
すでにMicrosoft側で緩和策を実施して、このようなメッセージは届かなくした事です。

(原因が分かり緩和策を適用したので、Androidデバイスで予期しない通知が(Microsoft側から)送信されないことを確認しました)

Users may have received notifications that stated: “FCM Messages : Test Notifications” or other similar variations of this message.
(「FCM Messages : Test Notifications!!!」または、同じようなメッセージを通知を受け取った可能性があります)

上記の内容はMicorosft 365 管理センターの正常性のサービス正常性の履歴でTM221041で確認できます。
日本語のサイトではあまり情報がなく、英語のサイトで管理センターにアラートが登録されているという事で、確認すると「Microsoftが調査中」ということでした(27日19時頃)。また今朝確認したところ更なる通知は届かなくした報告があったので一安心できました。
