Outlookの個人用フォルダー名を変更する

pstファイルをエクスポートした時など、同じメールフォルダ名が重複する場合があります。その場合は下記の手順で名前を変更することでどちらのpstファイルなのかを分かりやすくるすることができます。

Outlook2007で、個人用フォルダー名を変更する手順です。まず ツール-アカウント設定 をクリックします。

データ ファイル タブに移動して、名称を変更したデータファイルを選択して、設定(F)... をクリックします。（サンプルの画面イメージでは個人用フォルダ の名称を変更します）。

名前(N) 部分のテキストを、表示したい名称に変更します。（サンプルの画面イメージでは「フォルダ名を変更しました」という表示名に変更します）。

一覧の名前部分が、変更した名称に変わっていることを確認して 閉じる(C)ボタンをクリックします。

Outlookの画面上で名称が変わっていれば設定終了です。なっていなければ、もう一度上記操作を行ってください。
